Get Fit Countdown With Val

Join us for a total body outdoor fitness workout with Emmy award winning host Val Warner as she get's in her best shape for her big wedding day!! Class will include a special guest fitness instructor, live DJ and a 45 minute sweat session of toning and strengthening your body. Masks are required upon entry. Price is $30 (shirt, wristband, and bottled water included in ticket cost). 

Social distancing will be marked on beach area for the workout session and registration.

You will be required to complete a release form upon entry.

Please wear comfortable workout shoes, and bring a mat.

Parking information:

Park in the lot on the north side of the South Shore Cultural Center building.

Signs will direct you to the Beach House for the workout.

Please do not come if:

You are feeling sick

Have tested positive for COVID-19

Have been around anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms

Have travelled outside Chicago within the past 7 days
