We're proud to use fashion as a tool to empower others to be confident. We ensure exceptional quality for every order placed at our online store. We take pride in giving back to the community using the proceeds of each sale by our supporters. Please note it takes 3-5 business days to fully produce a garment.  For more information on the status of your order please send us an email and we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours.

Shipping Policy

Everyday Free Shipping is valid in the US only (including Puerto Rico) on orders over $500 US dollars or more. Customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.  International orders aren't eligible for free shipping. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply.  

Before we dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.  

 

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is fully produced where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.  Please note it takes 3-5 business days for our team to fulfill your order, after your order is produced, we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of customer delays to our customers. 

Returns & Exchanges

Try on your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 5 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Shipping is complimentary on all returns and exchanges on orders over $500. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND FACE MASKS.

Accessories, personalized items and face masks are non refundable and non returnable.

Please make sure your apparel items are returned new, unused and with all CONFIDENCE APPAREL garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, and customer will be held liable for the full retail value of those items.


Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
